When will the funds be deducted from my account?

We will deduct the funds when we ship the goods from our warehouse.
In most cases, the bank will reserve amount as soon as the payment is made, but the funds will not be deducted from the account until we ship the goods from our warehouse.

In the case of a large order, that require additional verification of the buyer's identity, the delivery time may, in some cases, be longer than mentioned above.

Cancelling Your Purchase (Right to Withdraw)

You have 14 days to withdraw when you shop with us.

Your right to withdraw ends 14 days after the day that you;

  1. received your product
  2. acquire physical possession of the last product, when it comes to an agreement on multiple products, that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately
  3. acquire physical possession of the last lot or last part, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or parts

You must notify us of your intent to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The notification shall be given by sending us an email at customerservice@pellepelle-europe.com. Your message must provide a clear expression of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our return form and include it in your return shipment. You will find the return form included with your order confirmation and here.

You cannot cancel your purchase simply by rejecting delivery of the products, without clearly notifying us about it.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the products.
You are responsible for making sure that the products are packaged securely when returning your order.
You bear the responsibility of the product from the time of delivery.

The shipping cost for the return is expected to be a maximum of approximately 20.00 €.

The Condition of the Product When You Send It Back

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested in any way other than what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that you will only be refunded part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product's commercial value.

The box from shoes and watches must be returned together with the product and in the same condition as it arrived, for the product to be considered as unused.

You may therefore only handle the product in the same way as you would be able to in a physical store, in order to be refunded the entire purchase amount. You may test the product, but not take it in actual use.

Refunding the Purchase

We will, of course, reimburse the purchase amount if you cancel your purchase. In the event of any diminished value of the product, for which you are liable, we will deduct this diminished value from the purchase amount.

If you choose to use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product unless you have provided us with documentation for having returned the product.

What Should I Include In My Return Shipment?

You must include a copy of your the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also include a note where you describe whether you want replacement or reimbursement of the product.

Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or similar.

If Something Is Wrong With the Product (Warranty)

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules for defective goods applies to all purchases.

You will, of course, have 24 months warranty when you shop at pellepelle-europe.com. This means that you in principal can get the product repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is warranted and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How Soon Must I Make My Claim?

You must make your claim within ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you make your claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will always be considered timely.

We Refund Reasonable Shipping Costs

We will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs if the claim is warranted.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or similar.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

How We Handle Your Personal Information (Privacy Policy)

For you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

We register your personal information with the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with DD Web ApS and is kept for at least five years before being deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The CEO and head of IT for DD Web ApS, together with our customer service and finance department have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at pellepelle-europe.com is DD Web ApS.

We do not store customer information encrypted.
We transmit customer information encrypted through SSL/TLS encryption.

Information provided to pellepelle-europe.com is never sold in any way to any third parties and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

Some information provided to pellepelle-europe.com is disclosed to our partners in the following cases:

Ubivox ApS

When signing up to our newsletter, customer information is disclosed to Ubivox ApS to facilitate it's handling of the subscription and later sending of newsletter emails.

The following information will be disclosed to Ubivox ApS:

  • Postal Code
  • Country

Being registered with DD Web ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into which information we have registered about you. You have these right in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and contact related to this should be addressed to DD Web ApS by email at webmaster@pellepelle-europe.com.

Complaints & Appeals

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact our customer service via email at customerservice@pellepelle-europe.com. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the board for which the complaint is relevant, provided that the conditions for this are fulfilled.
